I’m deaf, and the surrounding in the room when the tv is on sounds EXACTLY like this. I can’t hear the word patterns because I’m wearing hearing aids, so the words actors say on tv were always blurry to me. This bird really remembers sounds, and voices, but he just doesn’t know which word patterns go…

My parrot talk very little but there is life on her talks. Like it means the things. This one is cool but he doesn’t know what he says.

@alainkhoury1980 I have a grey myself she is 25 years old..You have to keep working with yours they mostly pick up what they find to be amusing to them..Each have their own thing..My “Messiah” does everything from Popeye to Beavis…

…there is …Einstein? Alex? Griffin? ….and then i like one thats called Ruby too ;D and thats only african greys….but tigerbird is really great!!

Watched einstein the parrot and his trainer said that she says the same word again and again and IF he likes it he’ll copy, then she gives him a nut to reinforce it.

my grandmother has an African Grey, and I love listening to him talk. He is smart, and I agree, I think he understands most of what is said. At night time, whenever he is ready to be covered up, he starts saying “Time to go to bed. I’ll see you in the mornin’.”
