I can only echo what others here have said, this is a brilliant case for the IPad (whether the IPad is brilliant is another question entirely!) The case is made of a soft black (in this case) leather that both looks beautiful and smells wonderful (I know, I know).
All the fastenings are via stout poppers, for which a slight word of warning. When doing them up (excluding the one that closes the case around the IPad) I would suggest that you do so with the case open rather than closed. The pressure needed to close them bends the case and is thus directed onto the IPad itself. This may well be because my case is so new they are still very stiff, but seems to me to be worth mentioning. You’ll see what I mean if you get the case.
The case functions both in portrait of landscape mode but seems happiest in landscape.
I `think’ I would have liked the case to have a see through plastic cover over the face of the IPad, not really sure about that but it seems a good idea. Apart from that I can find little to find fault with.

This product is of excepcional quality. The leather is so soft that make each touch an absolute delight. I feel that my Ipad is well protected in this case which was the main purpose. The versatile snap-stand is really an advantage for a variety of situations. The only reason this product is not perfect me is because it does not have a small pocket to store the cloth I use to clean the ipad. It would also be nice to have a place to leave a stylus if you use one. However, I do understand that the reason for not having inside pockets is to avoid any possible scratches to your ipad screen. This shows the tremendous focus on quality from Tuff-luv. Nevertheless, if it was possible to implement a cloth pocket and a place for the stylus I would consider this product perfect.

I bought this case based on the reviews both here and elsewhere and had high expectations.
Overall the case is well designed and of very high quality – the ipad fits well and all buttons and connections are easily accessible.
Importantly the case provides exactly the level of protection I was looking for – especially for the screen and thankfully the front cover is well made and feels tough and easily able to protect the screen from drops and a minimum level of pressure. I was disappointed that the vertical stand which makes use of the inventive folding front cover is not as good as is made out in the images or the reviews. The spine of the cover simply is not strong enough to keep the device rigid in portrait mode and although it does stand up as described the looseness of the spine gives it a lopsided look and the device tends to lean to one side a little and screen touches are likely to make it fall over. The only other gripe is that the ipad, although well fitting, loses part of it’s screen area as it is covered by the border area of the case. To be fair I have had the opportunity to try several cases and this same problem is evident in almost all cases I have tried. I imagine that as the leather loosens and the ipad will fit more snugly and this will become less of an issue. For now though i have to accept the loss of a couple of millimeters at the top of the screen when in landscape mode – not too much but it does make viewing the signal indicator or other icons at the top of the screen problematic. Where this case comes into its own is in landscape mode where it beats all others I have tried hands down. The support is firm and very flexible, allowing you to alter the inclination and clip it into place. Typing and other screen presses are firm and responsive in this mode and the device feels well supported and perfect for viewing movies etc. The only other item to note is the high number of pop clips for clipping the stand in position or closing the case. There are 9 of then in all and this seems excessive but doesn’t impede performance.

Delighted with this case. It works well in both landscape (several angles possible) and portrait and is very stable in either, even on a bumpy train journey. The flap folds back neatly when not in “stand” mode. Well-padded for protection without being too heavy or bulky and it feels nice to hold. iPad fits very snugly and all outlets/sockets are easily accessible. Highly recommended.

This is really a lovely case. I realised I had to have something to protect my iPad but was expecting to have to settle for detracting from its style whereas this compliments it.
The leather is really good quality and fits the iPad perfectly, the screen is fully revealed, but none of the black border, and a neat press stud flap is included to ensure the iPad can’t slip out. Access to all the iPad controls and inputs is allowed for.
The clever device which allows it to act as stand is really effective and in landscape mode holds it in five horizontal positions starting from almost upright, and in portrait mode almost upright (all that’s required) – the way in which it does this is ingenious and the five press studs which secure it make a really smart design feature on the front of the case when it is folded. The piece of leather on the back which forms the rigid stand is neat and unobtrusive and the inside of the flap which protects the screen is completely smooth, no chance of scratches.
The case was despatched immediately I ordered it and arrived two days later by recorded delivery. Well worth the money.
